The SIN List is a comprehensive list of substances that fulfil the criteria for Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC), as laid down in REACH. The first version of the SIN List, version 1.0, contains 220 substances that are Carcinogenic, Mutagenic and toxic to Reproduction (CMRs), 17 substances that are Persistent, Bioaccumulative and Toxic (PBTs) and 30 Substances of Equivalent Concern.
