ChemSec arranges strategic meeting on chemicals policy

Next week representatives from leading NGOs, as well as policy makers from EU and the US, will gather in Sweden for the ChemSec Grand NGO Meet on Chemicals Strategies.

The purpose of the Grand Meet is to outline strategies for international policy change in the field of chemicals management within the upcoming years and facilitate international NGO coordination.

The meeting will be held in the Swedish west-coast archipelago September 14th to 16th and among the participants are representatives from WWF, Greenpeace, European Environmental Bureau, Friends of the Earth, Environmental Defence Fund, ChemTrust, European Trade Union Confederation, Clean Production Action, The European Consumers’ Organisation, The European Parliament and San Francisco Environmental Department.
